An early spring frost severely affected our lower-lying orchards, leaving the remaining apples there with poor-quality fruit. While we’re grateful that our upper orchards have produced a beautiful crop, there simply isn’t enough accessible, high-quality fruit in the lower orchards to provide the Pick-Your-Own experience our guests have come to expect on those September 12 and October 10 weekends.
